Description of the vehicle
Porsche 911 2.8 RSR specification, rebuilt from scratch based on a 911 SC chassis from March 1982. Visual replica of the famous 911 RSR 2.8L model with its characteristic look and its wings borrowed from the turbo. This very muscular Porsche presented in “Brewster Green” black interior and “Tartan” fabrics was built in 2022 at August Porsche Addiction. According to the wishes of one of our customers, the technical details of which you will find below:
– Visual replica of the famous 911 RSR 2.8 model – type F – from 1973
– Reconstruction based on a 911 3.0 Sport Carrera coupe from 1982
– Car completely restored according to CDC: bodywork & mechanics
– Color Brewster Green Porsche 22B – gold stickers and rims 5235
– Transformation into RSR type wide tracks and technical adaptations
– Prepared 3.4 L engine based on 3.2 type 930: 255 hp – 300 Nm
– Adapted Bosch Motronic injection, modified exhaust and intake
– Interior/exterior definition and customization according to requests
– Type 915 aluminum gearbox, 5 speeds in original gears
– Sachs type reinforced aluminum clutch with mechanical control
– Customized 17' Fuchs type rims and tires adapted for TLU
– Car with oldtimer registration, accompanied by original documents
– Complete technical production file (more than 400 photos of the assembly)
– Car delivered after a 22-month restoration project
